Ortega and Murillo Assume Absolute Control Over Judicial Mediation and Arbitration

The National Assembly of Nicaragua repealed the National Procuratorate for the Defense of Free Competition and Alternative Conflict Resolution, eliminating the Procompetencia and DIRAC directorates. As a result of these actions, leadership has taken absolute control over judicial mediation and arbitration in the country.
