Corte IDH Orders Nicaragua to Protect Ortega Sexual Abuse Victim

The Inter-American Court of Human Rights has ordered Nicaragua to guarantee the life and freedom of a woman whose whereabouts are unknown since 2025. The woman was allegedly a victim of sexual violence by President Daniel Ortega in 2005 when she was a minor.
