Robberies Reported at Seized Apartment of Colonel in Azul Celeste Case

Relatives of retired colonel Carlos Ulises Hernández Rojas reported continuous thefts inside an illegally seized apartment. They claim the property is currently in the hands of the Dirección General de Contrainteligencia Militar (Dgcim), which has allegedly handed over the keys criminally.
