OVP Reports Deaths of Two Inmates in Táchira and Bolívar

The Venezuelan Prison Observatory (OVP) has reported the deaths of two inmates in the states of Táchira and Bolívar. Humberto Prado, the director of the OVP, demanded immediate and impartial investigations to examine the medical care the detainees received and to determine if any delays or omissions endangered their lives.
