Denial of Specialized Medical Care to Inmates at DIP Acarigua

The Venezuelan Prison Observatory (OVP) reports that female inmates at DIP Acarigua are not receiving specialized medical care for health problems. Relatives of an affected inmate sought assistance from the Ombudsman's office in Portuguesa state, but received no attention.
