Supreme Tribunal of Justice Eliminates Terrorism Court Competencies

The Full Chamber of the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) has eliminated the competence of four terrorism courts and decentralized their cases. According to the resolution, this decision puts an end to the monopoly of national jurisdiction.
