Unions in Venezuela have called for a mobilization to Miraflores on October 28 due to stagnant minimum wages and high living costs. The minimum wage has remained at 130 bolivars since 2022, while the cost of the family food basket far exceeds this amount. Protesters state they can no longer continue collecting meager wages.
