Paraguayan NCOs and Massachusetts Guard Hold Leadership Exchange

Sixty members of the Paraguayan Armed Forces attended a noncommissioned officer professional development event in partnership with the Massachusetts National Guard in Asunción. The bilateral engagement, held from September 15 to 18, concluded more than three years of coordination between senior enlisted leaders from both regions.
