Ceuta: Allegations of excessive force used against migrants

Single-source report, not yet corroborated. The NGO Amnesty International has made allegations that excessive force, verbal insults and harassment by Spanish security forces may have been used against migrants who arrived in Ceuta since July. The government is investigating the allegations.
