Colombian Defense Minister Blames ELN for Military Base Attack

The Minister of Defense of Colombia attributed an attack on the military canton in Santa Rosa del Sur, Bolívar, to the ELN group. According to the report, the attack was allegedly carried out in retaliation for the capture of an individual known as alias Carrito.
