Venezuela and Peru Agree on Consular and Anti-Crime Measures

The foreign ministers of Venezuela and Peru addressed a consular agenda during the Madrid Summit. Authorities agreed to designate a Peruvian consul in Caracas and coordinate on issues related to migratory return and the fight against transnational crime.
