Ceuta: Four migrants arrested as Spain asks EU for help processing migrants

Four migrants were arrested over the weekend for allegedly throwing stones at Spanish soldiers, one month after the mass arrival of migrants to Spain's Ceuta enclave. The Spanish government has moreover asked the EU border agency Frontex for help in tackling the migration crisis.
